LIST: Reds 2013 Opening Night festivities

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Several events are planned today for the Cincinnati Reds Opening Night game.

Reds in the Kroger Fan Zone: Reds players and coaches will walk the red carpet in the Kroger Fan Zone beginning at 5:30 pm.

First Pitch: "Turtleman" Ernie Brown, Jr., star of Animal Planet's Call of the Wildman and Kentucky native, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch.

Ball Delivery: Miss Ohio Kristin Smith and Miss Teen Ohio Brittany Reid will deliver the official Game Ball to the mound during pre game ceremonies, along with former Reds honorary bat boy Teddy Kramer.

National Anthem: Arin Ray, top 10 finalist on the X Factor and School for Creative & Performing Arts senior, will sing the National Anthem. 

2013 Reds Calendar: The first 20,000 fans will receive a 2013 Team Calendar, presented by Kroger.

Player Awards: During pre game ceremonies, the following players will be honored:

- Jay Bruce will receive his 2012 NL Louisville Slugger Silver Slugger award

- Todd Frazier will receive the MLB Players Association Players Choice Award for NL Outstanding Rookie

- Brandon Phillips (Team USA), Joey Votto (Team Canada) and Alfredo Simon (Dominican Republic) will be honored for playing in the World Baseball Classic.

Rusty Griswolds: 80's cover band The Rusty Griswolds will perform from a stage near the new Budweiser Bowtie Bar located on the right field porch during inning breaks and after the game.

Postgame Fireworks presented by TriHealth: The Rusty Griswolds will play live during the post-game fireworks show featuring Rozzi's Famous Fireworks.

The Reds face the L.A. Angels at 7:10 p.m. Gates open at 5:10 p.m.

Tickets for Opening Night, in addition to all remaining games this season, can be purchased at reds.com, 513-381-REDS, Great American Ball Park ticket windows and select Kroger stores with Ticketmaster retail outlets.

    The total number of homeless people in Pima County is going down, according to the new data from the group of volunteers that counts them. The data collected by the Tucson Pima Collaboration to End Homelessness (TPCH)  shows that the total number of "persons experiencing homelessness" in Pima County is 1,380. The numbers were gathered on the night of January 23, 2018, by 244 volunteers on the 2018 Street Count. 

    The total number of homeless people in Pima County is going down, according to the new data from the group of volunteers that counts them. The data collected by the Tucson Pima Collaboration to End Homelessness (TPCH) shows that the total number of "persons experiencing homelessness" in Pima County is 1,380.
