Shooting on East 132nd - Tucson News Now

Bullets fly on Cleveland's east side

Two people were transported to MetroHealth Medical Center after a shooting that took place in Cleveland on East 132nd near Kinsman.  The incident happened Saturday evening on April 6th. 

Officers responded to a call regarding a large fight with a male shot.

When police arrived, a 16 year old male was found with a gunshot to the thigh and a second victim, 35 year old Delonte Dupree was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the knee.

Fourth District officers arrested a 16 year old black male and 18 year old Antonio Darden in connection with the incident.

An early investigation reveals that after a large fight broke out the two males arrested, began firing into the crowd.

Authorities say this matter will be further investigated.
