Police: Man touched himself at bus stop, assaulted officer

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A Mt. Airy man is arrested and tased after police say he inappropriately touched himself at a bus stop, resisted arrest, and assaulted an officer.

Timothy Davis, 34, is accused of running and then shoving an officer in the 5400 block of Colerain Avenue.

The officer then tased Davis.

Davis is charged with assault, disorderly conduct, obstructing official business and resisting arrest. He was arraigned on Thursday morning and had her bond set at $62,000.
