Based on the video of the finish line in Boston, the bombs went off at about 4hrs, 09min, 50 sec race time.

These are the Arizona runners who crossed the finish line on or about that time.

Katie Eklund is from Tucson. According to Southern Arizona Roadrunners, Katie Eklund "is safe."

    Border Patrol agents arrested a group of more than 50 illegal immigrants, including a pregnant woman, Friday afternoon west of Lukeville, according to a release from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

    A popular spot for outdoor recreation has become overrun with graffiti once again. Dozens of volunteers will continue efforts to clean more than 1,500 graffiti tags around Peppersauce Cave this weekend.
