FLORENCE, AZ (CBS5) -

A Show Low DPS officer was arrested Saturday night at Moonshine Willy's Bar inside Country Thunder because he refused to leave the ladies room, according to the Pinal County Sheriff's Office.

PCSO arrived at Moonshine Willy's where they found Steven Svestka, 41, hanging around the woman's restroom. Officers noticed at that time that Svestka was intoxicated and asked him to leave the area, but he refused.

Svestka would not listen to the officers so they had to remove him from the bar.  As officers were walking out of the bar with Svestka he was purposefully running into other patrons causing them to trip and fall.

Once Svestka was outside officers continued to try to get him to calm down, but instead he took a combative stance. At that time the officers arrested Svestka for disorderly conduct and hindering a government operation.

Svestka has been booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention Center.
