A convenience store on Tucson's northwest side was closed after it was struck by a car today.
A man drove his car into the ampm store at 3825 W. Orange Grove Road near North Thornydale Road shortly after 1 p.m.
When paramedics from the Northwest Fire District arrived, the car had already been moved. Crews evaluated the driver and found him to be unharmed.
No other injuries were reported.
Marana police are investigating the cause of the accident.
The store will remain closed until inspectors can determine the safety of the structure.
