Silent Witness is asking for the public's help in locating two men seen near a fatal double shooting in March.
Ulises Ocampo, 46, and his son, Parish Ocampo, 21, who lived at 1800 E. Adams St. in central Phoenix were shot and killed about 2:30 a.m. March 8 by two home invasion suspects armed with handguns.
Other family members were in the house, but were left unharmed, and nothing was taken from the residence.
Police said they are looking for two men as persons of interest who were seen near the home about 4:30 a.m. the day of the killings driving an older blue Ford truck with an extended cab and long bed.
The surviving victims described one home-invasion suspect as black, 6'2" to 6'3" tall, 230 pounds, wearing a black bandana and carrying a handgun.
They described the other as possibly black, 6' tall, 200 pounds and wearing a ski mask.
Police described the first person of interest as black, 38 to 40 years old, round face and heavy set.
The second person of interest was described as black, 5'9" to 6' tall, thin moustache and unshaven.
Fidel Moreno, 35, is wanted on charges of theft of means of transportation, trafficking in stolen property and possession of burglary tools. He is 5'9" tall, 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is also known as Jose Lopez, Ramon Hernandez and Ramon Ramos.
Michael Wiseman, 38, is wanted for probation violation on an original charge of attempted sexual exploitation of a minor. He is 5'9" tall, 150 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair.
