Police: Woman reports rape, robbery in Avondale

AVONDALE, OH (FOX19) -

Authorities are searching for two suspects accused of rape and robbery in Avondale.

Police say it happened in the 800 block of Windham Avenue on Wednesday. A woman reported she was raped by a suspect and also robbed of her purse and keys.

It happened around 9 p.m.

Authorities describe the first suspect as a black male in his 30s, 6 feet tall with yellowed teeth. He was wearing a black beanie cap, a black long sleeved shirt and carrying a black handgun.

The second suspect involved is also described as a black male in his early 20s.

Anyone with information regarding this incident should call police.
