Reality Check: Should Boston bombing suspect have been read Miranda rights?

The question over whether terror suspects should have their Miranda rights read to them after an arrest has been debated since 9/11, but maybe not more intensely than in the last week. 

The surviving Boston bombing suspect didn't have his rights read at first, then did later.
