TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

The Southern Arizona Beagle Rescue is in serious need of foster parents for its animals in the coming months.

The organization says adoptions are slow in the summer season and the intake of dogs increases. It is looking for foster parents to provide food, shelter and loving care.

SoAZBR says none of their dogs are euthanized; their rescued dogs are fostered in volunteers' homes until adopted. The rescue center offers medical support, if needed.

For fostering opportunities, contact Southern Arizona Beagle Rescue at (520) 247-7720, or visit the website at foster@soazbeaglerescue.com or volunteer@sozabeaglerescue.com.
