    Following the tragedy in Boston last week, officials with the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon are taking 'extraordinary measures' to strengthen security plans.
    Following the tragedy in Boston last week, officials with the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon are taking 'extraordinary measures' to strengthen security plans.
CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

The Flying Pig Marathon health expo begins Friday at the Duke Energy Convention Center.

Hours are Friday, May 3 from noon to 7 p.m. and Saturday, May 4 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The expo features a collection of local and national exhibitors, sponsors and vendors. Runners may also pick up their registration packets, and volunteers may sign in.

Other events on Friday include a free concert by Four Square Jack at Smale Riverfront Park at 6 p.m., the Little Kings Mile Start at 14th and Main Street at 8 p.m., the Foxy Shazam concert at Smale Riverfront Park at 9 p.m. and Anniversary fireworks at Great American Ball Park at 10 p.m.

The Flying Pig Marathon is Sunday, May 5.
