A Lawrenceburg woman has pleaded guilty to leaving her sister decomposing in a chair.
Vickie Holdcraft left her sister, Priscilla Frieberger, alive and decomposing in a chair for three weeks in September and October of 2011. Frieberger later died of pneumonia and a blood infection.
Eagle 99.3 reports that Holdcraft pleaded guilty in Dearborn County Superior Court to a charge of neglect of a dependant, a Class D felony. As part of a plea agreement, charges of reckless homicide and perjury were dismissed.
Sentencing is scheduled for June 11.
