CCD students raise money for CancerFree KIDS

INDIAN HILL, OH (FOX19) -

Several local students took advantage of Friday's great weather for a good cause.

More than 300 Lower School students from Cincinnati Country Day (CCD) rode decorated bikes around an obstacle course to raise money for CancerFree KIDS.

CancerFree KIDS is a non-profit organization based in Loveland that provides funding for pediatric cancer research.

The event was part of CCD's annual Service Learning Day. Organizers say between $3,000 - $4,000 was raised.
