TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

The roadway for both northbound and southbound Swan Road at Camp Lowell is now open after a police incident had hindered traffic for about an hour.

Around 4:30 p.m. on Monday, TPD alerted to an investigation of a big box that was found in a parking lot in the 4600 block of E. Camp Lowell. Both directions of Camp Lowell from Swan to Laurel were expected to be closed for several hours.

Sgt. Maria Hawke from TPD said a "collector plate" was later discovered in the box on Camp Lowell with a note that said, "Lucky you! Finder's keepers."

She said this is at least the second box police have found in town with "collector plates" and the same note.

Hawke said someone might be leaving the plates, thinking they're being nice, without knowing they create stressful situations for those who do not know what's inside the boxes.
