PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Be the first to find out the judge's sentence for Jodi Arias on Monday, April 13, 2015.

In May of 2013, a jury convicted her of first-degree murder in the death of her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander, at his Mesa home in 2008. That same jury could not reach an agreement on whether she should live her life behind bars or be executed.

A new jury was selected in the late fall of 2014, but they also were unable to reach an unanimous decision on life or death for Arias. Because there was a hung jury for a second time, the death penalty is no longer an option and the judge will decide between life in prison and the possibility of parole after 25 years.
