SPRINGFIELD, OH (Toledo News Now) -

One Ohio city ranked worst in the nation in 4 of 15 categories in a recent health and well-being survey, more than any other city in America.

According to researchers, 75 percent of lower-range well being cities are located in the Midwest and the South, while forty percent of higher-range well being cities are in the West.
