TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations is seeking tips from the public to help rescue a young victim of sexual exploitation, as well as find a man accused of producing child pornography.

Suspect "John Doe" is believed to be residing in the United States. His arrest warrant was signed Friday in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, according to a news release.

The victim is believed to be a seven to 9-year-old girl.

The ongoing investigation is part of Operation Predator, a national initiative to protect children from Internet child pornographers, criminal alien sex offenders, child sex traffickers and suspects who travel overseas for sex with minors.

HSI warns the public to not try to personally apprehend the suspect if found.

Report suspected child sexual exploitation or missing children to the 24-hour National Center for Missing & Exploited Children hotline at (800) 843-5678, toll free. Suspicious activity can also be anonymously reported to the HIS toll-free hotline at (866) 347-2423, or fill out an online tip form.
