What does England mean to you? Is it the royal pomp and ceremony, changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace or lunch with "a spot" of tea?
In our "Around the World in Cincinnati" segment FOX 19's Dan Wells shows you the best of the United Kingdom here in the Queen City.
Locally, Andrew Watson-Cowen celebrates his homeland with the Cincinnati-British Group.
"We currently have 93 members in the group and we're growing all the time," said Watson-Cowen.
Andrew moved to the United States from Wales six years ago.
"I knew there would be a large ex-pat community here in Cincinnati and obviously felt this would be a really great way to get people together," he said.
So what does the group do?
"It all has to do with British culture it's a great way for ex-pats to meet each other, whether they be in Cincinnati for work for a short time or if they are here for a long time, if they have British heritage, or ancestors are from the United Kingdom...or they're just Americans from Cincinnati just interested in British culture," said Watson-Cowen.
The get-together's celebrate a good pint of beer, a rugby match or some fish and chips at Cincinnati's British themed restaurants. From "The Pub, Cock and Bull and Churchill's Fine Teas, merry old England is alive and well in the Tri-State.
