Two people have been arrested for a pair of purse snatchings in Middletown.
At about 2:45 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, officers responded to a robbery at Marsh's Supermarket on University Boulevard. A female victim reported her purse was taken by a white female who fled the scene in a green colored Jeep driven by a white male driver.
Just before 10 p.m., officers responded to the parking lot of Kohl's on Roosevelt Boulevard. Another female victim reported that her purse was taken by a white female. The vehicle was described by the victim and several witnesses as a green Jeep.
The victim was taken to Atrium Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
A short time later, an officer spotted a vehicle matching the suspect's description in front of an apartment on Lafayette.
