(RNN) - Parts of the Midwest saw yet another day of severe weather on Thursday.

Large wall clouds moved eastward across Oklahoma, and rotational clouds briefly touched down near Perkins and Ripley northeast of Oklahoma City about 3 p.m. CST, according to KWTV.

A severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was earlier located 9 miles west of Pawnee.

A tornado also touched down in Broken Arrow, OK, a suburb of Tulsa, at approximately 8:40 p.m. CST. Meteorologist Pete Snyder said the tornado caused "considerable damage."

However, the National Weather Service stated the tornado did not appear to be as strong as the one that struck Moore, OK, last week, and there were no reports of destroyed buildings.

In all, four tornadoes were reported, according to the Associated Press, three in Oklahoma and another in Arkansas.

About 15,000 people attending the outdoor Wakarusa Music Festival on Mulberry Mountain in Ozark, AR, took shelter in their cars to escape high winds and lightning, according to the Southwest Times.

The festival has been postponed, but director Brett Mosiman told the Times the show would be rescheduled. Snoop Lion (formerly Snoop Dogg), the Black Crowes and Widespread Panic were among the scheduled acts.

According to an Associated Press report, tornadoes were spotted in Montgomery and Clark counties in western Arkansas. At least nine people were injured by the tornadoes, and two others were injured by lightning.

No injuries were reported from a severe storm that may have been a tornado near Bagley, WI, overnight, according to CNN. An official reported three or four campers were destroyed at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Campground.

The Weather Channel reported at least 19 tornadoes touched down in four different states on Wednesday: Texas, Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa. One day earlier, 25 tornadoes touched down.

So far, there have been no fatalities to report from the outbreak of dangerous weather that has been taking aim at the nation's midsection all week.

Since Saturday, parts of Iowa have received more than 11 inches of rain. The National Weather Service warned Iowans to buckle down for one more day of storms on Friday, with the hope that the weather would clear by evening.

At least eight tornadoes touched down in Kansas between Monday night and Tuesday.

Buildings were flattened in Nemaha, KS, where a storm hit around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. No one was injured.

Tornadoes also hit areas of Genesee and Shiawassee counties in Michigan on Tuesday night, though no injuries were reported.

The heavy rain could swell rivers and streams to major flood levels and has produced large hail and strong winds.

It was already an active Memorial Day weekend for people in the Southwest.

Firefighters and police performed hundreds of rescues in San Antonio, but three people so far have died. More than 10,000 people had lost power at one point during the weekend, and the San Antonio International Airport reported almost 9.9" of rain - the second-highest single-day total in the city's history.

It was the worst flooding in the city since October 1998 when 11 people died during floods that caused about $750 million in damage. The storm that caused those floods killed a total of 31 people in south Texas.

Oklahoma is still cleaning up the damage caused by an EF5 tornado that swept through Moore and killed 24 people on May 20. Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin toured damage at Plaza Towers Elementary School, where seven students died on Tuesday. Hundreds more people were injured in the storm.

Nearly 80 other tornadoes formed in different areas around the same time the Moore storm hit, although none were nearly as damaging. The monetary loss in that round of weekend storms is estimated at billions of dollars.
