Wildfire briefly closes highway east of Globe

Traffic on US 70 is getting back to normal after a wildfire east of Bylas forced lane closures.

The Bee Town fire is burning near the town of Bylas, about 50 miles southeast of Globe.  At last report it had burned between 100 and 150 acres.

Homes are nearby, but there is no word of any evacuations or threats to buildings.

    The Pima County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help locating three suspects in the robbery of a Quik Mart on the west side. The three suspects are described as teens from 15 to 17 years of age, all 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-9 with slender builds. Two are Hispanic, one with black bowl cut hair and brown eyes, the third is white with brown hair.  

    The Pima County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help locating three suspects in the robbery of a Quik Mart on the west side. The three suspects are described as teens from 15 to 17 years of age, all 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-9 with slender builds. Two are Hispanic, one with black bowl cut hair and brown eyes, the third is white with brown hair.
