BUCKEYE, AZ (CBS5) -

A motorcyclist stopped for speeding faces a number of drunken driving charges, including failure to have an ignition interlock device from a previous conviction.

David Walczyback, 42, was pulled over on a Buckeye roadway Saturday after an officer said he observed him traveling between 40 and 90 mph in a 50 mph zone on Sun Valley Parkway south of Thomas.

The officer said when Walczyback stepped off his bike, he smelled alcohol coming from the man's breath. Walczyback took off his jacket and a bottle of vodka fell to the ground, the officer said.

During a check of Walczyback's drivers license, the officer discovered the man had an ignition interlock restriction, yet no such device was seen on his motorcycle, the officer said.

Walczyback was arrested and booked into jail on a number of charges, including speeding and extreme DUI.
