For anyone who has a hard time making it the gym, CBS5 has found an alternative that might make working out easier.

It's an air-conditioned gym on wheels that makes house calls.

Owner of Joe's Mobile Gym, Joe Ament, said his gym is great for anyone who just doesn't like going to the gym.

"They feel uncomfortable walking into a gym, you walk into a gym and you've got a lot of people that are fit...hard to concentrate.  Sometimes you feel a little self conscious," said Ament.

CBS 5 News talked to one of the Valley's biggest celebrities, Frank Caliendo, who uses Joe's Mobile gym.  He said he lost around 30-40 pounds, with the help of Joe Ament.

The comedian even gets to practice his impressions (i.e. Charles Barkley) while working out.

Frank Caliendo's wife, Michele Caliendo, is the one who called up Ament years ago.  She wanted get her workout in while staying close to their children at home.  She ended up losing 60 pounds and has kept the weight off for 2 years.  She says not only has she learned the most effective way to workout, she also has learned how to keep a healthy diet.

"You can still eat certain things but more protein is going to help build more muscle, burn more fat and stuff that you don't really care about ... you just want to fit in your pants."
