A new brand and development plan is underway for the 580 Building in Downtown Cincinnati.
The building located at the corner of 6th and Walnut will now simply be called AT580.

The development plan for the building includes approximately 179 residential units, one (1) guest suite, 180,000 square feet of Office and 48,000 square feet of retail. The residential consists of two-story penthouse suites with private elevators and outdoor terraces; tower units with floor to ceiling views; and plaza level suites located just one level above all the action of downtown.
Restaurants, bars and retail shops will fill the main and plaza level with the Office floors above, making the new AT580 a place with it all.
"We already have a ton of interest and expect a waiting list quickly. Everyone wants to be there from the beginning," Birkla explained.
