TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Downed power lines are causing a large traffic tie-up on Tucson's south side.

Tucson Police say traffic lights are out at the following intersections: South 4th Avenue/East 22nd Street, East 23rd Street/South 6 Avenue and East 22nd Street/South 6 Avenue.

According to Tucson Electric Power, 600 customers lost power.

The outage was caused by an accident involving a truck that caused the downed lines and broken power poles, TEP said.
