New wildfire burns in Williams, Ariz.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Multiple resources are responding to a new wildfirejust off city property on the Kaibab National Forest.

Officials with the Kaibab National Forest say the Echo Firein Williams, Ariz., south of Interstate-40, is less than two acres in size andcrews are helping to keep it on ground level.

Officials say smoke is visible along adjacent portions ofI-40.

The cause is under investigation.
