Mother accused of not seeking care for daughter

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A Hamilton County mother is facing charges after police say she failed to provide care for her daughter.

According to Hamilton County court documents, the girl was diagnosed with a right side skull fracture, and epidural hematoma, a right ear canal laceration and several other minor injuries.

The children did not receive care until her aunt reported her to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

The child's condition is unknown.
