Sportscaster Chuck Galeti arrested for OVI

PARMA, OH (WOIO) -

Chuck Galeti, a sportscaster for Sportstime Ohio (STO) with Fox Sports Ohio was arrested on June 21, Friday morning for OVI.

Police say the Galeti ran a red light at Ridge and Pleasant Valley, when they went to pull him over he did not stop, after a short way down he did pull over.

Police say the officers smelled alcohol on him and found an open container in the car.

He was arrested and charged with OVI, misdemeanor fleeing, and failure to display his license.

Officers report that Galeti refused an OVI breathalyzer.

Fox Sports Ohio says Chuck Galeti was not on air today for a scheduled event,

Galeti's future with STO is up in the air.
