UNION TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -
Authorities served multiple search warrants Friday in the Picadilly area of Union Township. The warrants were part of a continuing investigation into drug trafficking, gang activity and its associated violence.
The Clermont County Sheriff's Office, Clermont County Narcotics Unit and the Union Township Police Department served the warrants at apartments in the 400 and 500 blocks of Piccadilly Square, along with an apartment in the 3900 block of Piccadilly Circle.
A quantity of drugs, money, thirteen vehicles, electronics and incriminating documents were recovered during the search warrant. As a result of information found, an addition warrant was served at a storage facility in Pierce Township.
Authorities say no arrests have been made in the case. However, the matter is being prepared for presentation to the Clermont County Grand Jury for several suspects.
Potential charges include drug trafficking, money laundering, permitting drug abuse, participation in a criminal gang and conspiracy, welfare fraud and tax evasion.
According to investigators, other possible suspects have been identified and are being 'vigorously investigated', including some Piccadilly owners and residents who ignore and permit illegal activity happening in their apartments and buildings.
