Police identify victim in fatal Kennedy Heights shooting

KENNEDY HEIGHTS, OH (FOX19) -

A 52-year old man is dead following a shooting near Kennedy Heights Park. 

Police were called to the 3500 block of Woodford Road around 5:10 p.m. Wednesday evening after receiving reports of a person shot in the area. 

Authorities located Christopher Burroughs, 52, shot at the location. 

The victim was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Police have not named any suspects in the shooting. The Cincinnati Police Department is continuing to investigate the incident.
