Investigators with the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSP) believe a pilot error was the cause of a plane crash last month during a Dayton air show.

The plane carrying a wing walker exploded into flames, killing the pilot and stunt walker.

It happened on June 22 at the Vectren Air Show in front of thousands of spectators. No one else was hurt.

OSP says they are not handling the official investigation into the crash. The National Transportation Safety Board will further investigate the official cause, which could take several months.
