WADDELL, Ariz. (AP) - Nearly two weeks have passed since two teenage brothers from Waddell have been seen or heard from, and law enforcement authorities are asking for the public's help.

Maricopa County Sheriff's spokesman Sgt. Brandon Jones says 15-year-old Daryk Grove and his 14-year-old brother, Ramen, were last seen July 1 at their home near 180th Ave. and Olive Ave. Family members reported them missing July 3.

It wasn't immediately clear why there was a delay, or why authorities released the information on the brothers just Thursday.

Daryk is described as a white male who's 5-foot-10. Ramen is also a white male, 5-foot-8. Both have brown hair and brown eyes.

The family is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the brothers' safe return.

Waddell is about 20 miles northwest of Phoenix.
