CHANDLER, AZ (CBS5/AP) -
A Chandler man who exposed himself in front of adults and children in numerous apartment complexes has been sentenced to 20 years of supervised probation.
A Maricopa County Superior Court spokesman says Cameron Strempel was sentenced Friday by Judge David Gass on two counts of indecent exposure to a minor and one of indecent exposure.
Strempel also must register as a sex offender.
Investigators said he targeted 10 victims of all ages, from 6 to 60, from January to May of 2013.
In every case, the victims described him as a young man with a baby face.
A composite sketch was made based on several witnesses descriptions. Detectives then went door to door in the apartment complexes in the area of Warner Road and Arizona Avenue handing out copies of the sketch and asking for information.
Several leads were developed that led detectives to Strempel. They were able to obtain a photograph of the suspect and put together a photo lineup. Strempel was identified by several of the victims.
Police tracked him down at an apartment complex near Warner Road and Arizona Avenue.
