HOOVER, AL (WAFB) -

When asked about Jeremy Hill at SEC Media Days, LSU head coach Les Miles said the star running back "has a legal entanglement. He remains suspended from the team. Separated from us for the summer."

The coach said there is an ongoing process with Hill and "we're going to sit on the perimeter and watch."

Miles said the coaches have visited with Hill on a routine basis, but he has not been in any team meetings. "It's been hard on him."

Hill ran for 755 yards and 12 touchdowns as a freshman last season.
