Several customers without power around Tucson area

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

According to Tucson Electric Power, the following areas are without power:

  • 100 customers in the Houghton and Irvington road area.
  • 1,200 customers on Silverbell and west of Interstate 10 in Silverbell/Speedway Blvd
  • 240 customers at Wilmot and 22nd

There is currently no estimated time as to when power will be fully restored.

    The first paying customers where Paul and Chrisi Cisak, the owners of Johnny Gibson's Market in downtown Tucson. It's also right next door to the hotel. The fact they ventured next door to be the first customers is indicative of the family spirit which is common among downtown merchants.
