Police: Stolen guns possibly sold by robbery suspect

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - A gun shop robbery suspect has been arrested but police say as many as 15 stolen handguns, five assault rifles and one shotgun may have been illegally sold.

Kyle Easlick, 20, was arrested with the help of anonymous tips from the public for an incident Thursday at the Saguaro Firearms gun store in the 100 block of E. Fry Boulevard.

Tips led authorities to a residence in the 500 block of S. Canyon Drive in Sierra Vista where they questioned Easlick. Probable cause was established to arrest him for burglary and trafficking in stolen property.

Easlick was booked into the Cochise County Jail and is being held on $75,000 bond.

Anyone who purchased or knows someone who purchased guns yesterday from a private individual is asked to call the Sierra Vista Police Station at (520) 452-7500. The department can check if the gun was reported stolen.

ATF is offering a reward to anyone with information leading to the guns. Tips can also be made anonymously to 88-CRIME.
