Service has been restored to Comcast customers in Tucson after an outage that lasted a little more than four hours this morning.
According to Ray Child, a public information officer at the media and technology company, the outage was caused by a cut in a line somewhere in New Mexico. The exact location and nature of the cut is still being investigated.
The outage, which lasted from about 5:45 a.m. to about 10 a.m., affected all Comcast customers in Tucson.
