Search still on for missing Pinal County man

The Pinal County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help locating a missing person.

Travis Smith, a 50-year-old man has been missing since the evening of August 1.  According to PCSO officials Smith got into a verbal argument with his wife and left his home on foot, without his wallet, keys, cell phone or the medication he needs.  Smith is a type 2 diabetic.

Smith has left home before, according to his wife, but has never failed to return.  PCSO deputies responded to a call from Smith's wife in the 11000 block of N. Glyde Drive, just outside the city limits of Maricopa.

According to deputies they have checked the area around the home, followed up with Smith's friends and checked the hospitals, shelters, hotels and other locations but are unable to locate the man.
