TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A grand jury has handed down indictments against three people in the murder of an elderly Tucson couple.

Kyle Drattlo, Christopher Terry, and Brianna Harding are facing several counts.

Drattlo is the grandson of the victims, Mary Louise and Erskin Fulgham.

Their bodies were found last month in their home near Grant and Swan.

Each suspect faces a seven-count indictment.

The three are in being held without bond in the Pima County Jail.

They were extradited from Nevada earlier this month.

Each suspect is charged with two counts of first degree murder and two counts of conspiracy to commit first degree murder.

The other charges are first degree burglary, armed robbery, aggravated robbery and theft.

The bodies were found July 23rd.

The next day a law enforcement officer in Nevada stopped a speeding car.

When he ran the plates he discovered the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Tucson.

He also found that the three people inside the sedan were suspects in a double homicide.

Drattlo, Terry and Harding were arrested and held for Tucson authorities.

The three will be arraigned August 22nd.

We asked for the warrants in the case to try to learn more about it, but they are sealed for now.
