TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

The three people accused of killing an elderly couple in midtown will be arraigned in Superior Court this morning.

One of those suspects was the couple's grandson, Kyle Drattlo.  The other two suspects are Christopher Terry and Bianna Harding, each face seven charges in the killings of Drattlo's grandparents.

Each of the suspects is charged with two counts of first degree murder, and face further charges that include armed robbery and theft.

Authorities stated the three suspects were arrested in Nevada, the day after the bodies of Erskin and Mary Louise Fulgham were discovered in their midtown home on July 23.

Tucson News Now will be inside the courtroom this morning to bring the latest both on air and online.
