TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Tucson police and fire crews responded to a near drowning Saturday afternoon in the 3800 block of South Headwind.

A 40-year-old woman was found in a community pool area unresponsive, according to Capt. Chris Jurvig from the Tucson Fire Department. First responders determined that she was breathing on her own so they decided not to administer CPR.

The woman was transported to a local hospital. It's the second water safety reminder this weekend.
