TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Marana's Parks and Recreation Department will host its free guided hike program every second Saturday in the Tortolita Mountains, beginning in September.

According to a Town of Marana news release, hikes range in length and elevation gain.

Groups meet at the Wild Burro Trailhead, at 14810 N. Secret Springs Drive, on Ritz-Carlton grounds at Dove Mountain for 8 a.m. hikes.

The program will last from September 14 through May of 2014.
