TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A judge has dismissed charges against two men arrested in connection with a woman's death in Redington Pass.

Richard Radvansky, 31, and 27-year-old Jesse Ray Simonsen were charged with manslaughter after the body of 28-year-old Melissa Sparks was found on August 14th on the side of Redington Road.

Deputies say Radvansky flagged down a driver to report Sparks had committed suicide.

When authorities investigated, they first classified Sparks' death as suspicious, then as a homicide.

But the Pima County Medical Examiner's Office could not say conclusively that the two men contributed to the woman's death.
