Accident closes WB Broadway near Camino Seco

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A traffic accident has closed another road on Tucson's east side this morning.

According to Tucson Police westbound Broadway is closed to traffic from Camino Seco to Old Spanish Trail.

TPD officials are saying the road could be closed for the next three hours.  Drivers are advised to avoid the area if possible and to use an alternate route.

No report yet on injuries.

    UPDATE: As of 9:21 a.m. Sunday-- Carmelita Barreras Solis, 68, has been located safe in the area of 1600 E. Indian School Road, officials from the Phoenix Police Department said. She has been reunited with her family.
