One dead after shootout in north Toledo neighborhood

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Police are investigating a deadly shooting in north Toledo that occurred Saturday afternoon.

Two people were taken to the hospital around 4 p.m. after a shooting in the 100 block of W Park Street.

Toledo police found one of the shooting victims in the front yard, the other in an alley.

Witnesses say the two were shooting at each other.

Police say 21-year-old James Bragg later died from his gunshot wound, after being taken to a local hospital.

An update on the second man's condition has not yet been released.

No charges have been filed in the case. The shooting remains under investigation.
