Seven-month-old Jaxton is the first baby in Arizona to have a game-changing surgery. In December, he had Melody Valve Implantation in the Mitral position rather than the typical pulmonary position. He was born with a heart defect and has had surgery before. But this one a first of its kind in Arizona.

SAHUARITA, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

The lawyers for several high school wrestlers accused of kidnapping and assaulting another student earlier this year, will be meeting today in Superior Court.

A judge will be overseeing the pre-trial and status conference hearing of the suspects.  According to a police report in January six to eight wrestlers at Sahuarita High School attacked a freshman boy and held him down inside the school's locker room.  The attack was described as violent and graphic.

At least seven of the alleged attackers are facing kidnapping and assault charges, three of them – Andres Vasquez, Jorge Loya-Lopez and Marcus Sitts were 18 at the time of the attack.  A fourth suspect, Blake Coller, turned 18 shortly after the attack.

All will be charged as adults.

Tucson News Now will have a camera in the courtroom for the proceedings.  Stay with Tucson News Now both on air and online for updates on this situation.
