PD: Man tried to sexually assault AZ woman asleep on her couch

CHANDLER, AZ (CBS5) -

Police are asking for your help in identifying a man who attempted to sexually assault a woman who was sleeping on her couch.

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office said the suspect walked into the unlocked home near Chandler Boulevard and Gilbert Road about 2:30 p.m. on Sunday and tried to assault the woman.

The man is described as 5'8'' tall and 180 pounds. He's 25 to 35 years old with dark hair, hazel eyes and was last seen wearing dark jean shorts.
