Fiery head-on crash leaves several hurt in Phoenix

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Up to seven people have been hurt in a crash near 49th Street and Indian School Road.

Police said a truck smashed into another vehicle head-on.

One of the vehicles burst into flames. People at the scene used a fire extinguisher to put it out.

Two people were taken to the hospital in critical condition, according to first responders. 

The others have minor injuries, Phoenix fire authorities said.

    The Salvation Army is hosting their annual Thanksgiving dinner, but they may be missing a staple.
