Police looking for 2 armed robbery suspects

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Phoenix police said they want the public to help find two men suspected of at least five armed robberies over the past eight weeks.

One of the men passes a note demanding money from the cash registers while the other man shows a handgun in his waistband, police said.

The crimes have been at Family Dollar Stores and Little Caesar's Pizza in Phoenix and Tempe and began July 20.

The suspect with the handgun was described as Hispanic, 17 to 20 years old, 5'8" tall and 160 pounds.

The second suspect was described as Hispanic, 17 to 20 years old, 5'8" tall, 140 pounds and wearing prescription eyeglasses.

Anyone with information about the suspects or the robberies are asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS (480-948-6377) or 1-800-343-TIPS (8477).
