TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

University of Arizona Medical Center officials seek the family of a patient who has been under hospital care since September 13.

Tucson Police officers discovered the patient with head injuries at Santa Rita Park at 4th Avenue and 22nd Street, and took him to the hospital.

The man is described as Hispanic, in his 20s or 30s and has a tattoo on the right side of his chest that reads "Hugo," "Daisy" and "Margarita." He was also wearing a necklace inscribed with "G y M."

Police said he cannot speak due to his condition.

A family member or anyone who knows the patient can contact UAMC Social Services at (520) 694-6671.
